Vera Balmont

I'm a Spanish photographer and photo editor. I graduated on Media, Film & Communication by the universities of Carlos III de Madrid, CU Boulder, Sorbonne Paris Pantheón 1 and UMASS Amherst. During my undergrad years I discovered my passion for photography and photo editing and decided to take extra curricular courses on Photoshop, Photo Composition, Portrait Retouching and Color Grading.

I have been editing for 5 years now and I've done photoshoots and retouching for personal projects, newborns, weddings, artists, fashion brands and many other events. I like to create very personalized shoots in order to properly reflect the intention and nature of the person and event I'm capturing. I always make sure to provide a safe space for all my models whether they are professional or not cause the more comfortable you feel the better the photo comes out.

I enjoy doing fine art photography for my personal projects but what I love the most is to use retouching in order to polish the photos and transform them into the envisioned ideal.
